Best Western Port St. Lucie

I just hosted my baby shower in the conference room and it was a 10/10 experience. We picked the venue as a halfway point for everyone traveling while also needing a place to stay and it was perfect. The staff was exceptional. There was one lady specifically who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable on my celebration day (I think her name was Lisa but I’m not sure…very nice blonde lady). The conference room was the perfect size for our FORTY guests with the way they had it set up for us (which was exactly how we asked) they provided beautiful table clothes and gave me all the time I needed to set up. The staff even came to make sure the air conditioning was keeping all of us cool. Long story short, I would absolutely recommend this for your event - between the exceptional service & price for the day - I was over the moon.

Staff is great. Rooms are def dated and could use a refresh but grounds itself were well maintained.

The staff here are, without exaggeration, some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable I’ve encountered across hundreds of stays. From the front desk team who greet you by name after just one visit, to the maintenance folks who are quick to help and always cheerful, everyone seems genuinely invested in making your stay great. They know the area well—recommendations for nearby spots to eat or things to do are spot-on and thoughtful, which is a huge plus when you’re in a new city weekly. The rooms are massive—true suites that feel like a steal for the price. There’s plenty of space to spread out, work comfortably at the desk, or just relax without feeling cramped. Two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) are a nice touch for unwinding or catching up on news while getting ready. But the real standout? The bed. Hands down, it’s the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. After years of mediocre mattresses that leave me tossing and turning, this one feels like sleeping on a cloud—soft yet supportive, with perfect pillows and fresh linens. I actually looked forward to bedtime each night, which is something I rarely say about hotel stays. Waking up rested and ready for the day is priceless when your schedule is nonstop. The property is well-maintained overall—clean, quiet, and conveniently located with easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike. Free breakfast is solid for fueling up on the go, and the outdoor pool is a welcome bonus after long days. If you’re traveling for work (or pleasure) in the Port St. Lucie area, do yourself a favor and book here. In a sea of forgettable hotels, this Best Western is one I’ll go out of my way to return to. Highly recommended—5 stars all the way!

Stayed here 2 nights in September. Big rooms, big comfy beds, staff was friendly and even checked if we like the room. Maybe not the most modern place but well maintained. Free small but decent breakfast, nice pool and really awesome mexican Restaurant next door...for what we paid, under 100bucks a night incl tax and co, really nice stay.

Great Staff!!!! To me this is the most pertinent function of any business. The staff, especially Maggie goes out of her way to make sure the guests have a pleasant experience.

Served its purpose for our weekend stay. Rooms are clean and spacious , bed was comfy, included a complimentary breakfast and has a pool and hot tub on premise. On a main strip within minutes of anything you need or want to do. Front desk was courteous too. Would definitely stay again when we come back into town.

Great experience! Toni at front desk was very sweet and helpful. Cozy and clean hotel! Good location as well! I had a very minor issue with the wifi password so I called the Best Western 24/7 line and I was immediately answered on NYE! No wait time. Great customer service on their phone line as well. 10/10

Great 3 night stay! The property and pool area were immaculate, as well as the rooms. It's really hard to find a budget friendly hotel that takes pride in their property, but Best Western is it. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
